I'll consider Judge Sotomayor's answers to my questions as well as the rest of her testimony from the hearing.  I have a chance to review the transcript, a very thick document, of what other answers were or other questions were. It will be from this document, every word that was said in this hearing, to draw a conclusion of whether I should vote yes or no.  I have a responsibility to review the whole record.  I'll evaluate if her judicial philosophy is indeed based on "fidelity to the law" as she stated in her opening remarks, or more reflective of the judicial activism represented in her speeches outside the courtroom. I'll weigh all these factors before making my decision on whether or not I can support her nomination.
