I had the great privilege and honor of meeting with WWII veterans from the Siouxland area today.  They traveled to Washington to visit the WWII Memorial through the Honor Flight program which allows veterans to come to Washington to view their memorials at no charge.  It's humbling to watch as veterans from America's greatest generation, most for the first and only time in their lives, view the WWII Memorial which commemorates the freedoms that they fought so hard to ensure for all of us.  If you're interested in more information about this cause, visit www.honorflight.org.
